Meet the Team
Cody Adams
CEO

Cody hails from Bullhead City Arizona, from humble beginnings. He excelled in academics and athletics, leaving his hometown and moving to the Phoenix metro area in 2008. Cody attended Arizona State University from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 on he worked in the hospitality and fitness industry and then found his home in the mortgage industry.
Cody spent 7 years at the largest mortgage company in the US, he excelled rapidly within the organization. For 6 out of the 7 years, he was a top leader in the organization, leading hundreds of loan officers to success, and building incredible lives. Mr. Adams won many awards as an originator and as a leader. His innovative thinking, passion for culture, and focus on executing led him eventually to a vice president position for his last 14 months in tenure. Coincidentally, his love for entrepreneurship was a fire that ultimately he could not tame, and made a hard decision to leave the organization and start Kinfolk Home Loans.
He is passionate about self-improvement and optimization and loves sales. He is strong-willed and opinionated so much so he has 2 podcasts on major platforms. Cody is an avid golfer, fitness lover, travel connoisseur, and loves to spend time with his friends and family.

Scott Camara

Scott was born in Anaheim California and early on ,he moved to Bullhead City. Quite the dramatic landscape change! There he met longtime friend, and CEO Cody Adams at 8 years old! 20+ years of friendship and counting! From there the two grew up together and both moved on to Phoenix in 2008 to pursue playing college football. Scotty (aka Cam) attended Arizona State University from 2009 – 2012 where graduated with BS in communications.
He dipped his toe in the working force first in the trucking and retail phone industry to build his skill set. In 2014, Scott found himself at one of Americas largest lenders for nearly a full decade winning many awards and helping thousands of clients. In that role, he mastered the refinance industry leading the company time and time again as a top performing banker. His strive to provide uncanny award-winning client service and legacy led him to want to create something of his own.
In 2022 Cam decided to team up with non-other than The CEO of kinfolk as the Chief Loan Officer. Scott will continue pave the way for new bankers that come to the company as the example. Scott lives in Chandler with his girlfriend, Kat and their dogs, which he named, scooby and simba.

Connor Cozen
CFO

Connor is Arizona born and raised. From a sports background in hockey and football into his career in leadership and finance. Started out in the heart of phoenix transitioning into the cave creek area and Rio Verde outskirts of town. Connor has lived just about everywhere in Arizona and has been helping families with their finances for almost a decade now.
Connor was a top loan originator at one of the country’s largest mortgage companies and quickly rose through the ranks into upper leadership teaching hundreds of new loan originators the tools they needed to communicate and help families all over the country. With years and years of experience it is hard to find a situation Mr. Cozen cannot handle when it comes to finance or teaching.
After a long career of teaching and originating loans his long time mentor and best friend our very own CEO Cody Adams asked him to take the leap and assist him in building Kinfolk home loans and he made the jump to assist us in building this company you know today.

Tomer Greenfeld
President of Growth

Originally from the Southern coast of Israel, Tomer and his family moved to the United States when he was four years old to West Virginia. Later, Tomer would move to Queens, New York where he spent most of his childhood.
Tomer moved to Phoenix Arizona when was 14 years old and his love for entrepreneurship and helping others started around that age as well. People are his passion, so you will always find him helping others and motivating those around him to be the best version of themselves. Outside of Kinfolk Home Loans, Tomer likes to spend his time golfing with friends, at the gym or playing piano.
Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Tomer was a top performer at a private real estate brokerage in Manhattan specializing in luxury rentals and sales in the Upper East Side.

R.K. Glover

RK is a fresh face to Arizona, but no stranger to moving and adapting to change. He was born in New York City, his family later moved to New Jersey, and then to Minnesota. Upon graduating high school, RK moved to Ohio to play college basketball and compete in Track & field. Since graduating college, he found the mortgage industry and hasn’t looked back!
RK is a passionate and highly accomplished senior leader with extensive experience building, developing, and leading world class sales teams and leaders for 12 years at America’s largest retail mortgage lender. At his prior employer, RK led groups in all 3 major business verticals at the organization, in addition to being a key Senior leader in a variety of successful enterprise initiatives. In each leadership role he demonstrated award winning results, world class team member, client, and business partner experience, and growth in profitability and revenue.
RK met Cody (CEO), Scott (COO), and Connor (CFO) working together at their prior employer and they clicked immediately. Though they lived thousands of miles apart, RK and Cody stayed close over the years connecting on everything from business and fitness, to politics, personal excellence, and cars. Shortly after founding Kinfolk Home Loans, the company began to see significant success and growth during a time where most mortgage companies were struggling. It was apparent they were on to something special.
RK always had entrepreneurship in his blood – After some discussion and seeing a major opportunity to work at a special company with incredible people, RK, his wife Alissa, and their daughter Viviana made the decision to pack up their life in Ohio and move across the country to Arizona and help build Kinfolk Home Loans!

Alex was born and raised in Seattle Washington, until he moved out to the valley to attend Grand Canyon University and graduate in just 3 years with his Bachelors in Business Management. During his time in school, he was an intern with the largest mortgage lender in the nation and developed a strong passion for finance & real estate. Before joining Kinfolk, he worked as a SMB Loan Advisor at a large public company helping small businesses get capital to grow and expand.
In his free time you can find Alex training for an upcoming triathlon, serving the community with his church, or trying new foods with his girlfriend Jessica.

Dawson Adams

Dawson was born in Orange, California, and spent his childhood growing up in Metairie, Louisiana, before moving to Oregon. Dawson excelled in academics, football, and basketball. In 2019, he graduated from Grants Pass High School. He always wanted to follow in his brother’s footsteps and moved to Arizona in 2020, jumping into the mortgage industry. In 2022, Dawson’s brother and CEO of Kinfolk, Cody Adams, asked him to make the jump to Kinfolk home loans, where he found a home and could excel in the mortgage industry.
Dawson currently lives in Phoenix with his girlfriend Meena and their dog Simba.

Born and raised in Arizona before Mark ventured in the mortgage industry, Mark used to build homes. Anything from remodeling to new builds so Mark has a great perspective on the white collar and blue collar industry.
